Not noisy! Wish had more variety of vegetarian/vegan options otherwise everyone nice.

Great little gem! We started with the chorizo which we loved. My husband had the frango piri piri which was awesome! The chicken was perfectly cooked, it had a great level of spice! I had the paella which was a wetter version with broth, and while delicious, my husband's dish was the star. We had the salted chocolate mousse & the pear tart for dessert, both lovely! Gabe was an attentive host & charming. Definitely would return the next time we're in town.

Food was delicious. Had the octopus entree and the cod appetizer. The restaurant seemed understaffed and the server was hurried. Overall, positive experience.

When I tell you this was the best meal I have had in ages!! The salmon, potatoes & veggies were cooked to perfection. The fig marmalade complemented the salmon incredibly well. Being served on a wooden plank added to the experience and our waiter was super friendly. I would eat this meal a hundred times!

They're usually over cooked. These were some of the most perfect that I've ever had! The goat cheese appetizer was so delicious! Our entrees were so flavorful! We can't wait to go back again! Our new favorite place.

We were just passing through Chattanooga and stayed one night at the Hotel Chalet, which was awesome! While searching for an early dinner spot, we came upon this exotically described Portuguese Mediterranean restaurant on the other side of the Tennessee River. We were the only two diners at this place, at 3:30pm, during our entire meal and had full attention of the young waiter who was courteous and knowledgeable. The interior is spacious and tastefully done in black. At first glance of the menu, I immediately spotted some exotic items...elk lollipops, octopus, which I must have. The waiter recommended the seared scallops which was a great idea. We also ordered the carne de porco. Every dish was exceptionally delicious and in, of all places, Chattanooga, Tennessee!

DISH SUMMARY - Mussels Appetizer - Squid Ink Pasta - Fig skewer - Complementary hummus Truly such an amazing experience. The ambiance is great and SO clean, and the server was so kind, informative, and accommodating. The restaurant is a bit dark and moody, but it really ads to the environment and aesthetics. They also play Portuguese music (and some Brazilian...) on the speaker! So it really felt like an authentic experience, speaking as someone who has been to the Mediterranean European countries. Loved the squid ink pasta, it has a very strong garlic w/ a bit of truffle flavor, but it's acidity is a different "color" than the tomatoes with it. So trying them together was a fantastic experience. It truly didn't feel like each bite was monotonous in flavor, as if it kept getting better the more I ate it. Beware! It can stain your fingers a bit, I knew full well this expectation, however! The mussels appetizer is great too! I really love love love acidic and garlicky foods, so this one was a delight. Mussels were cooked perfectly and assumed such a wonderful flavor in the sauce. The complementary hummus was really good, Also had the fig skewer for dessert, and it had such a beautiful flavor profile. It comes with apple slices (which really helped kind of "pace" myself with the richness of the flavor), and it's skewered on the rosemary which also adds a nice touch to cleanse my palette at the end. The goat cheese is SO RICH and beautiful with the fig. I also adored the presentation....! Hats off! My only complaint is that the price is a bit too high even for the skill & tenure of the dishes but I think this is just because I'm used to eating at Mediterranean restaurants overseas that are much cheaper, hahah...!
